Adrián Costa, one of the most highly regarded figures on the Spanish blues scene, joins forces with harmonica player and pianist Víctor Puertas to present, for the first time at Central, an authentic blues project rooted in the sound of the 1950s. From the West Coast sound of T-Bone Walker, they will travel to Chicago, plugging the harmonica into a 5-watt amplifier in the style of Little Walter, before moving into an acoustic setting inspired by the rural Mississippi sound of Sonny Terry, always with New Orleans in mind.

A highly entertaining, elegant and appealing concert for blues lovers. The band will perform material from their latest album, recorded live at Café Central, now at the Ateneo’s Cátedra.
