Charlie Parker revolutionized the jazz language, being the key figure of the movement called Bebop, a new musical concept that broke with previous improvisation formulas, creating a style that became the seed of all later jazz.
Joaquín Chacón is a guitarist and composer from Madrid, active since the late 1980s and a key figure in jazz in Spain. He trained at the Madrid Conservatory and in the first jazz schools in Madrid and Barcelona, and he expanded his education through international seminars with prominent masters of the genre. He began his professional career alongside important musicians from the Madrid scene, collaborating in groups such as Neobop and Solar, which also had international projection. After consolidating his career, he created his own group and continued working and recording with prestigious international ensembles and artists.
