Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time of the concert for which they were reserved. After that time, all rights to them expire. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled. The cancellation of the event is the only valid reason for a refund.

It is advisable to arrive at the venue half an hour in advance to avoid waiting to enter or delaying the concert.

The Cátedra of the Ateneo de Madrid is a historic space designed to host events in an intimate setting with excellent acoustics. Due to its characteristics and regulations, food and drink are not allowed during concerts in this venue. Attending a concert there is not just an event, but also a special experience in a place rich in history.

Zones A and B correspond to the main seating area (ground floor), while Zone C is located on the first floor, offering an elevated view of the concert.
