Tickets are valid only for the day and time of the concert that have been reserved and up to 10 minutes after the start of the show. After this period, all rights over them are cancelled. Once the seats are acquired, changes, returns or cancellations are not accepted. The suspension of the show is the only admissible cause for the refund of the amount of the seats.
 

The ticket is only valid for the selected time slot and is non-refundable.
 

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

Due to the venue’s architecture, not all seats offer optimal visibility.
 

Tickets are sold by seat, and it is common to share a table.
 

It is advisable to enter the premises half an hour before to avoid having to wait to enter or not to delay the concert.
