These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website cafecentralmadrid.com, as well as the purchase of products available for in-store pickup (cakes, books, vinyl records, merchandise, etc.).
By accessing the website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Purchase Process
- Product selection
The user will select the products available on the website - Secure payment
Complete the payment process through the secure payment gateway Paycomet - Price transparency
During the process, the final price will be displayed, including applicable taxes - Confirmation
After the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details
4. Payments and Payment Gateway
- ✓ All payments are processed through Paycomet, a provider compliant with PCI-DSS regulations
- ✓ Cafe Central Madrid does not store full card details
- ✓ Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
5. Shipping and Pickup Policy
5.1. Available Option
Currently, Cafe Central Madrid does not offer home delivery.
The products must be collected in-store at:

6. Return Policy
6.1. Perishable Products (Cakes)
- Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of these products
- Returns will only be accepted on the same day of pickup if there is an obvious defect
- The customer must report the issue on the same day by sending an email with photos and a description of the problem
6.2. Non-Perishable Products (Books, Vinyl Records, Merchandise…)
Return period
The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of in-store pickup
Product conditions
The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by the store
Refund
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after verifying the product’s condition

Cafe Central Madrid reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or incorrect orders.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos) belongs to Cafe Central Madrid or authorized third parties and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be resolved before the Courts of Madrid.
